BOSTON -- The Boston Celtics led wire-to-wire and cruised to a 103-86 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night. The win was Boston's third win in its last four games.

Forward Jeff Green scored a season-high 31 points -- also a season high for his team -- and guard Avery Bradley (9-for-12 from the floor) added 21 points to lead the Celtics (7-11), who shot 11-for-23 from 3-point range.

Guard Jordan Crawford delivered a triple-double -- 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists -- and forwards Brandon Bass and Jared Sullinger added 12 points apiece. Bass added eight rebounds and four assists and Sullinger scored all of his points via 3-pointers.

Green has 57 points the last two games.

Guards Dion Waiters and Kyrie Irving led the Cavaliers with 21 and 17 points, respectively.

The Cavaliers, who shot 37.2 percent from the floor, fell behind by 16 quickly and never really got back into it, losing their fifth straight game to fall to 4-12.

The Celtics, who led by as many as 25 points, scored the game's first five points and, after Irving got his team on the board, ran off 13 more and led 18-2 6:18 into the game. The Cavaliers would wind up 4-for-19 from the floor in the quarter, the Celtics leading by 18 at the end of one.

The visitors were a bit better in the second quarter but the Boston lead was 16 at the break. Before the second half was nine minutes old, the Celtics, 3-for-4 from 3-point range after the break -- would be up by 25.

The Cavaliers ran off seven straight points, but Bass hit a 30-foot bank shot off the wrong foot for a 3-pointer with 2.9 seconds left to end the quarter with Boston up by 21.
