The Minnesota Timberwolves debuted their short-sleeve alternate jerseys last night which they are dubbing "Lights Out."

Designed by adidas, the black short-sleeve uniforms are inspired by the rich, sophisticated nightlife of Minneapolis and continue the black uniform tradition the team began in 1996. It features side panels with repeated “M” and “W” patterns to represent the team name. Timberwolves players were involved throughout the design and evaluation process.

This comes after we had a look at the hockey jersey-inspired sleeved jerseys that teams will wear on Christmas Day.

The Wolves have committed to wearing these sleek black alternates in at least 10 games this season.  Check out the gallery above to get a good look at the uniforms.
