Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Friday and will be out through the All-Star break, the team announced.

The All-Star Game is scheduled to be played Feb. 16 in New Orleans, which means Westbrook is expected to be sidelined nearly two months.

Westbrook suffered a torn lateral meniscus in his right knee during the second Game of the NBA playoffs last April. He had surgery on April 27, and had another operation on Oct. 1 to remove a loose stitch from the first procedure.

He returned to action ahead of schedule and ended up missing just two regular-season games.

Westbrook is averaging 21.3 points, 7.0 assists and 6.0 rebounds per Game in 32.9 minutes. He has helped the Thunder to a 23-5 record.

He has been named to the All-Star team each of the past three seasons.

---New York Knicks owner James Dolan told the team in a meeting Thursday that there will be no forthcoming moves, including trades or firings, according to ESPN.com.

Dolan reportedly called the meeting before practice a day after the team's 29-point loss at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder. There has been speculation that coach Mike Woodson could be fired and trades could be made. The Knicks are 9-19.

---Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph was fined $25,000 for publicly criticizing officials, the NBA announced Friday.

Randolph made the comments after the Grizzlies' 100-92 loss to the host Houston Rockets on Thursday night.
