The 2014 NBA MVP will adorn the cover of NBA 2K15, and the music will be curated by Pharrell and his silly-ass hat. Jay Z was the executive producer of the classic basketball video game back in 2013, so it isn't surprising that 2K Sports has gone back to an iconic artist for their musical stylings.

Furthermore, Pharrell has given some insight into his plans for NBA 2K15, which include a soundtrack that the females can get down with as well as the fellas;
“You know what? There are girls that play the game and there’s a lot of girls that are around it because their boyfriends play it or their friends play it,” he told Complex. “So I thought it’d be such an interesting twist to have the girls weigh in on the song list, because they’re the ones that listen to it, they listen to it just as much. So I was just trying to pick like an alternative approach, you know, because how do you follow up like LeBron and Jay? You gotta take a different route.”
Skateboard P didn't announce an official soundtrack for the game, but did say he's picked songs from System Of A Down and Strafe. The full playlist is expected to be revealed later this Summer, and NBA 2K15 is officially scheduled to release on October 7th.
