Kevin Durant Selling OKC Home For Nearly $2M
Kevin Durant is selling one of his homes in Oklahoma City for nearly two million dollars.
The home is actually on two lots and includes a main home and a guest house. There are five bedrooms, and four baths and are approximately 5,545 square feet together. This isn't a sign that KD wants to leave OKC, as he just recently bought two condos near Chesapeake Arena which he is converting into one home. Realestate.msn.com has a description of the home for sale, and you can check out some photos of the $1.95 million home above.
The Oklahoma City Thunder superstar has listed his estate in the northwest suburbs of Oklahoma City. Durant purchased the residence in 2011 for $1.799 million and now looks to bank roughly $150,000 on the property if he gets his current asking price of $1.95 million.
Located in Gaillardia’s exclusive and gated Club Villa neighborhood, Durant’s home is on a pair of lots that includes a main home and a large guest house with a palatial pool area set in between. In all, the property offers five bedrooms, three in the main house and a pair in the guest house, four bathrooms and approximately 5,545 square feet of living space.
