The Memphis Grizzlies may be without guard Tony Allen for Saturday's Game 7 playoff at the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Allen, the Grizzlies' best defensive player, left Saturday's shootaround early wearing dark glasses. He may have been suffering from a migraine.
The Grizzlies are already missing power forward Zach Randolph and guard Nick Calathes due to suspension.
Allen has held Thunder star Kevin Durant to just 41 percent shooting in the first-round series.
Grizzlies coach Dave Joerger would not comment on Allen's status, only saying he may "possibly" play. Allen averaged 9.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.64 steals during the regular season.
Randolph was suspended Friday after throwing a punch at Oklahoma City center Steven Adams during the Thunder's Game 6 win in Memphis that tied the series.
Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley has a strained right hamstring, but plans to play after participating in the shootaround. His backup, Calathes, is under suspension from violating the NBA's anti-drug policy.
