Last year Rajon Rondo got into a heated shoving match with Kris Humphries, who was on the Brooklyn Nets at the time. Now that the two are teammates in Boston, the guys in the locker room have jokingly started a poll to vote on who would win in a fight: Rondo or Humphries.
There is something posted in the locker room that says "Rondo and Hump" where the players can tally their votes.
Rajon Rondo and Kris Humphries don’t have any beef, at least not anymore, but they are still bound by a shoving match last season when they were opponents – mostly because Boston Celtics teammates won’t let them forget it.
“(Keith) Bogans is always joking about it. I think in the locker room, there’s a thing that says Rondo and Hump,” Humphries told Celtics.com this week, motioning like the names are side-by-side, “and I think we’re tied with who would win in a fight on the vote.”
Both Rajon and Kris laugh it off and think it's all in good fun. Asked about if there is any existing beef, both players say the minor altercation was just something that happened in the heat of the moment during the game, and both have nothing but positive things to say about each other.
