Cleveland Cavaliers rookie swingman Sergey Karasev sprained his left ankle in an exhibition game Tuesday night, the team announced.

Karasev, 19, will be treated and then re-evaluated Tuesday, according to the Cavaliers.

Cleveland made Karasev the 19th overall pick in this year's draft after he played three years for Triumph Lyubertsy in Russia. Through four preseason games with the Cavaliers, he was averaging 6.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 21.3 minutes.
