Carmelo Anthony Scores On Knicks Basket In Tight 4th Quarter

Views 4,392

Rough night for the Knickerbockers on Tuesday as they lost to the perennial lottery bound Charlotte Bobcats at home, and dropped their record to 1-3.  To make matters much worse, Tyson Chandler, who left the game after injuring his leg, will be out for 4-6 weeks with a fractured fibula - he's not only their anchor on defense, but basically their only line of defense.

True to his word, Carmelo Anthony was looking for his shot more in the fourth quarter last night, but this wasn't exactly what he had in mind.  Trying to coral a defensive rebound, Melo accidentally tips the ball back up and in through his own team's basket.  This stings even more since the Knicks only lost by 5 points
