The Bulls could potentially deal Deng before the deadline in an attempt to offload some payroll, and just play out the rest of the season with a mediocre roster. That doesn't seem to be in their plans though.
Next year, Chicago has a first round pick plus the Bobcats' pick, as long as it's not a top-10 selection. If Rose can finally get back on the court, with Jimmy Butler and Joakim Noah, Chicago could certainly afford to get rid of Deng and build with what is left.
If I was a Bulls fan, I'd be rooting for a Loul Deng trade.
