Between the gaping chasm in competitive parity across today's NBA landscape, the recent revelation that small market (read: most) teams are better off re-building through the Draft than free agency, and a 2014 Class ridiculously loaded with both depth and sure-thing talent, many factors have influenced many teams to bottom out and increase their perceived odds of landing franchise talent, like Kansas swingman and possible LeBron clone Andrew Wiggins.
